Shipping policy

Processing Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days of payment, Monday to Friday, from our Brooklyn studio. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

United States All US orders ship tracked, with the rate shown at checkout. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days of shipping.

International We ship worldwide by USPS or DHL Express. Checkout shows the countries we ship to and the exact rate for your order. If your country isn't listed, email info@fagacrombie.com and we'll quote it.

Duties and taxes International orders may be charged import duties and taxes by your country. Unless they're shown and collected at checkout, they're paid by you on delivery. Refused parcels are covered in our refund policy.

Signature Orders over $750 ship with signature required.

Lost or delayed parcels Delivery times are carrier estimates. If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or a parcel shows delivered but hasn't arrived, email us. We'll open a claim with the carrier and refund or resolve it once the carrier confirms the outcome.

Address Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can change it only before the order ships. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.

Studio pickup Brooklyn clients can collect orders at a studio appointment instead. Email us after ordering to arrange a time.
